SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.
Shipping time
The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (maybe take longer, depending on destination) from the date the order has been shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.
However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Shipping cost
The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.
Shipping Destination
We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.
Lost or Missing packages
Abagail store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout.
You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.
Package is damages/defects
If you receive an item which is damaged or defective, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach a photograph of the damage in your email in order to expedite the process.
